Trust is born of good communication

When communication flows, trust is built. The future – the future of our students – is an interconnected world that requires people who are able to communicate without barriers, who trust and know how to express their emotions and share their knowledge.

That is why it is essential to have a command of languages and that is why at Corazonistas we are committed to multilingualism.

Languages are not just a learning subject: they are the means for people who build bridges, people who trust themselves and others. Our students will communicate with everyone because they have learned to trust themselves and others, and because they have acquired the skills to make this possible. We are committed to multilingualism because we trust our students.

We use Catalan, Spanish and English equally, constituting the transversal axis of our proposal for quality and educational innovation.

We are committed to active language learning

and we get closer to the students to integrate them into their daily activities and routines.

  • We see languages as bridges, not barriers. We teach students to be open to speak all of them.
  • We encourage confident communication of one’s own convictions and emotions while being open to others.
  • Our good level of English makes it easier for students to welcome newcomers.
  • We carry out interdisciplinary activities, which allow us to integrate knowledge, stimulate collaboration and the ability to adapt.
  • We demand the updating of didactic methodologies of languages, to facilitate learning for students.

We are a Certified Multilingual School (CEM)

The Multilingual School Certification (CEM) is the certification that the Christian School Foundation of Catalonia awards to those schools that demonstrate the application of diverse multilingual initiatives within the framework of a structured and coherent linguistic project, in a way that generates positive results in the learning of the foreign language.

We also integrate different programmes such as:
  • English language certification through the Oxford Test of English, of which our school is a certifying centre.
  • Summer camps in English.
  • Summer Camp (Sports and Activities in English).
  • Exchanges with Fideles School in Atlanta (USA).
  • Dual Baccalaureate with Academica International Studies
  • Extra-curricular activities in English: English Drama, Robotics and Chess.
  • Native English conversation and reading assistants in Primary, ESO and Baccalaureate.
