The main objective of this stage is to develop the basic competences of each learning area. Our pupils must use the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to resolve situations effectively and satisfactorily.

  • Languages used

    Spanish, Catalan and English in the same proportion in the curricular and complementary areas.

  • Reading plan

    Daily reading in the first half hour of the morning.

  • Instrumental areas

    We work with editorial resources and small groups in the instrumental areas.

  • EMAT Project

    Mathematics learning is both rigorous and fun with the EMAT project.

  • Information and communication technologies

    The learning of information and communication technologies integrated into the curricular areas. We also have interactive whiteboards in all classrooms and the digital devices (tablets) with which our students work are the school’s own.

  • Projects

    Project-based methodology in the Social and Natural Environment Area.

  • Proximity and support

    We maintain a close relationship with the family at all times through the tutors and the Guidance Department. In addition, we have reinforcement and support teachers.

  • Religion

    Religion focused on the acquisition of a solidary, civic and respectful profile.

  • Swimming

    Swimming integrated in the Physical Education area. Own swimming pool.

  • Extracurriculars activities

    Sports school, basketball, handball, judo, rhythmic gymnastics, synchronized swimming, water polo, chess, english drama, emotional education and robotics.

Foreign language learning

English is the first choice foreign language at our school.

The project encompasses:

  • Teachers specialising in foreign languages.
  • Native conversation assistants.
  • Language of instruction in the areas of Natural Sciences and Arts & Craft.
  • English languagecamps.
  • By the end of the Primary stage, pupils have acquired an excellent oral and written competence in English. We are backed up by external results.

French is introduced from 5th year of primary school onwards.
